SPIRIT 
The truest part of you is your spirit.  It is you.
Know your Creator. Know Yourself.
You can choose who you want to be.
Be a listener, and be a researcher.
As you clarify and gain assurance of who you are,
learning core truths about your spirit,
you will be able to practice daily living methods that promote wholeness and wellness.

 
The most permanent part of you is your spirit. The Bible says that your spirit is eternal. In Genesis 1 it says that God created everything, and that you are made in His image (Genesis 1:26). In John 1:1 and throughout scriptures God is described as eternal.
 
The strongest part of you is your spirit. When it is fed and well, it is the strongest part of you--stronger than your mind or body! The Bible also teaches in multiple passages by multiple authors, that when you have the spirit of God in you, all things are possible! (Philippians 4:13)
