FOOD
Food fuels the body. Every real food has a different value. Know food. Know your body on food. Your body is unique: Bio-Individual. 
 
Do you know WHAT to eat, WHEN and HOW foods work together in you? 
Do you need real nutrition, real fast? 

Nutrition 
Nutrition through science (real food technology) can provide health benefits where our foods no longer can. From the earliest times, food has been used in concentration to treat and heal. Now, supplemental nutrition is a vital part of our daily life due to how we have depleted soils and modified food.
 
Do you know exactly WHAT and HOW MUCH you need, WHERE it is sourced from, HOW it is processed and preserved? Is your source using trusted research and being a good steward of nature's resources and the communities they harvest from?
 
MOVEMENT
The movement (vestibular) system feeds and stimulates all other systems of the body. Move well, often, and in a variety of ways and levels. Move everything. Move your body the way it was bio-individually designed to move. Rest balances movement. It prepares and supports movement.  
 
Do you have a good rhythm of movement and rest? Do you know WHAT TYPE of movement is best suited for you? 

OILS
The oil is the most potent part of the plant. Oils can aid your body in its processes and they are easily integrated in natural healing therapies. They can also replace personal hygiene and household chemicals. Like nutrition, oils should be sourced wisely.
